Standard Production & Delivery Timeline

Most orders are completed within 2 weeks and shipped within the USA for a total turnaround of 3-4 weeks from order placement to delivery.

You will be notified by email and/or phone if your order is placed on backorder.

We commonly use UPS with a standard rate of $99 to cover all shipping costs within the USA.

Daily shipments ensure timely delivery with tracking updates.

🚚 Freight Shipping

Larger orders may require custom freight or pallet-based shipping.

We work with our vendors to find the best rates and may split orders to reduce costs.

Shipping varies based on size and location. All orders receive tracking information and email notifications for order confirmation and shipping updates.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside USA)

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use DHL, UPS, and other trusted carriers to provide the best rates and reliable delivery.

Average delivery time for custom upholstered orders outside the USA is approximately 6-8 weeks.

Important: Crown Seating is not responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs fees. You will be notified by the shipping company of these charges, which are your responsibility. We do our best to minimize additional costs whenever possible.

⏳ Backorders Due to Materials

We use only the finest upholstery, materials, and components to create seating experiences that last a lifetime. Occasionally, certain parts may be backordered due to:

  • High volume demand
  • Waiting on material shipments
  • Custom options specific to your order

You will always be notified via email or phone call from a representative with the new lead time and options to change your order if you prefer to expedite delivery.

🀝 Working with a Dealer

When you place an order through a dealer, they will be notified that the order is confirmed and when it ships, ensuring complete order transparency.

If the order ships to the dealer: You will still receive email notifications for order placement and shipping confirmation.

If the order ships to you: Both you and your dealer will receive all updates.
